MP3Organizer
MP3Organizer is a utility to rename MP3 files, but it is also possible to rename any other file. It uses ID3 Tag (only ID3v1 currently supported). It has mass renaming built in. You can tweak any renaming in the deepest detail. It can make lists of mp3s in several standards like HTML and M3U. It can also stay on top of your screen so you can drag and drop files onto it while you continue working.

Removed some bugs and improved the errorhandling a lot!
